~April Fools~

Well, I really did not want to start this blog today, but I figured after what my title is and after what happened today, it might be a good start...

I woke in the early morning hours one day with a phrase in my mind, it was: "Catching The Silver Lining." I did not know what it meant, but I figured the Lord would fill me in on it later... So, I went back to sleep...

When I woke that morning I was reading in my Bible and something stood out... I don't remember where I was reading, but I know I was reading in The Message, that morning. The phrase that stood out was: "pitching their tent in the land of hope." You know when the Lord makes something stand out, and this was one of those times...

I realized that: "Catching The Silver Lining" and "pitching their tent in the land of hope" went together...

I felt like the Lord was telling me to "CATCH" the "Silver Lining", not just that "behind every cloud is a silver lining."

To know that everything that comes my way, may not necessarily be from Him, but He allowed it, and somehow it all works together in my life, and to catch the silver linings in my life and trials or whatever...

Fast forward to today... I seriously am dealing with an issue, and I really need some godly counsel on this... So, I send out an email to six women who are rock solid and very mature in the Lord. The deal is, is that today is April Fools so I am not too sure that they took me seriously... I have not really gotten the response that I wanted... I guess this is where "Catching The Silver Lining" comes in... No, I did not get the godly counsel that I was looking for, and that can be discouraging, however, the Lord will never leave me or forsake me...

In Jeremiah 33:3 it says: Call upon Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things you do not know...

Thank You Lord! I praise Your holy name!
